Notifications and language
Notifications
The bell in the top bar collects your notifications, mostly invitations to join a Touch Identity, each with Accept, Snooze and Reject. Click Notification Settings at the bottom of the bell, or open Account → Notification Settings, to choose what you are notified about on the web and on mobile.
Language
Choose your name → Language, search for a language and click it. The page reloads in that language. The choice is saved to your account, so it applies on every device.
The Console language is also the starting language of new AI agents and their templates. Your agents can still talk to customers in any language; see AI Agents → Languages.
The tour
Want a refresher? Choose your name → Take the tour. Move with Next and Back, or close it with Skip tour.
