Voice Campaigns
Voice Campaigns call a list of customers from your number automatically, with an AI agent or your team on the line. Use them for appointment reminders, payment reminders, renewals, satisfaction surveys or sales calls.
Open Outbound Channels → Voice Campaigns.
Build a campaign
- Create a campaign and give it a clear name, for example "November renewals".
- Choose the dial mode and who takes the answered calls.
- Set the calling schedule: the days and hours calls may go out, and a daily limit.
- Decide what happens when a call is busy, not answered or fails: try again later, and how often.
- Add contacts: import an Excel file, take them from your contacts, or add them one by one.
- Activate the campaign and follow its progress.
Follow the results
- Each contact shows its call status, dial result, the date of the last call and its result code.
- Campaign Reports under Reports summarise answered, unanswered and completed calls.
- Recordings of campaign calls are in Reports → Voice Recordings when recording is on.
Tips for good campaigns
- Call at reasonable hours, and respect your country's rules for commercial calls.
- Start small: run the campaign on 20 contacts, listen to a few calls, then add the rest.
- If an AI agent makes the calls, write instructions just for the campaign: who is calling, why, and what to do when the person is not interested.
- Dialer campaign minutes are estimated in credits in your number's Estimated cost panel.
Voice Campaigns use Tegsoft's proven campaign manager, which large contact centers run every day. Need help with your first campaign? Ask Teggy or contact Tegsoft support.
