Create your first Touch Identity
A Touch Identity is the company, brand or person your AI agents speak for. It holds its own phone numbers, e-mail addresses, websites, AI agents, rules and team. Everything you do in the Console belongs to the Touch Identity selected in the top bar.
Examples: your company ("Bright Dental"), one of your brands ("Bright Kids Dental"), or yourself if you use Tegsoft Touch as your own assistant ("Dr. Ayşe Demir").
Create it in under a minute
On the welcome screen, click Get started (or continue straight from sign-up) and fill in:
Entity type | Business / Company for a legal company; Other for an individual, a personal brand, a community or anything else. |
Touch Identity Name | The name customers know you by. AI agents use it when they speak for you. |
Category | What kind of business or person you are, for example Dental clinic or Real estate. Required for a business, optional for Other. |
Tax Number and Tax Office | Businesses only. Other needs no tax details. |
Notes | Optional. Anything you want to remember. |
Click Create Touch Identity. The Dashboard opens, and you are the Business owner of your new Touch Identity. It also becomes your default, the one you land in when you sign in.
We keep the first step short on purpose. Your logo, address and business description come later, from Recommended in the left menu, which takes you to each one in a click.
