A Touch Identity is the company, brand or person your AI agents speak for. Your account is you; a Touch Identity is who you work for. You can belong to several Touch Identities, each with its own team.

What belongs to a Touch Identity

• Its profile: name, logo, category, tax details, address and business description.
• Its channels: phone numbers, e-mail addresses and websites.
• Its AI agents, Engagement Rules and Knowledge Base.
• Its members and their roles.
• Its plans, licences and invoices.

The rules in short

• Anyone with an account can create a Touch Identity at any time, and as many as they need.
• The creator becomes its Business owner.
• A Touch Identity always keeps at least one accepted owner.
• Only owners can delete a Touch Identity or manage ownership.
• Deleting removes your content but keeps your public profile and customer reviews, marked unclaimed.
