An AI agent answers your customers on calls and chats from the instructions and information you give it, and hands the conversation to a person when needed. One agent can answer phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat and e-mail, so your customers hear the same voice of your business everywhere.

What an AI agent can do for you

• Answer instantly, 24/7, as many conversations at once as come in.
• Greet customers by your business name and introduce itself by a name you choose.
• Answer questions from the facts you give it, and say so honestly when it does not know.
• Take messages, booking requests and lead details.
• Speak with a natural voice, understand interruptions, and slow down or speed up when the caller asks.
• Switch to the customer's language, or stay in the languages you choose.

The AI Agents screen

Open Rules & Definitions → AI Agents. It has four tabs:

• Overview: what AI agents do and how to get started. It opens first while you have no agents.
• My agents: your agents as cards or a list, with search, refresh and filters. A card shows the agent's languages, the numbers that send conversations to it (with an icon per channel) and Open and test. An agent nothing is routed to says "No number routed to it".
• Templates: starting points for a new agent.
• Documentation: guides in the Learn panel.

The Routing filter (the funnel next to the search) shows All agents, those Routed to a number (optionally one number) or those with No number routed.
