Create your account
Your account is you: your name, your sign-in and your preferences. It is separate from the businesses you work for, which are Touch Identities. One account can belong to as many Touch Identities as you like.
Sign up with e-mail
- Go to console.tegsofttouch.ai and click Sign up.
- Enter your first name, last name and e-mail, and choose a password.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, then click Next.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and type it in. This confirms the e-mail address is yours.
Passwords need at least 8 characters, with an uppercase and a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. The sign-up screen ticks each rule off as you type.
Sign up with Google, Apple or Facebook
Click Continue with Google, Continue with Apple or Continue with Facebook and approve the request. These providers have already verified your e-mail, so no code is needed and you go straight to creating your Touch Identity.
An account made with Google, Apple or Facebook starts without a password. You can add one later in Account → Sign-in & Security and then sign in either way with the same e-mail.
What happens next
Signing up creates your account only. Next you create a Touch Identity, the company, brand or person your AI agents will speak for. You can do it straight away, or click Skip for now and come back to it: until you belong to a Touch Identity, the Console opens on the welcome screen with a Get started button.
If a colleague has invited you to their Touch Identity, you do not need to create your own: accept the invitation from the bell in the top bar.
Didn't get the code?
- Look in your spam or promotions folder. The e-mail comes from Tegsoft Touch.
- Wait for the countdown and click Resend code.
- Check the address for typos; click Go back to correct it.
- Company mail filters sometimes hold automated e-mails. Ask your IT team to allow Tegsoft Touch, or sign up with Google, Apple or Facebook instead.
