What agents receive
Curious what exactly your AI agent is told? The What agents receive tab of the Knowledge Base shows the full text an agent is given together with its instructions, so nothing is hidden.
Use it
- Open Rules & Definitions → Knowledge Base → What agents receive.
- Under Show for, pick one of your agents, or "An AI agent that uses everything".
- Read the text, its size in characters and approximate tokens, and the extra credits per minute.
- Click Copy to copy it.
The text is in English on purpose: it is written for the AI model, not for customers. Your agents still answer in your customers' language.
Why check it
- To confirm a new article reaches the right agents.
- To spot old or conflicting information before customers do.
- To see how much knowledge adds to the cost per minute, and trim what is not needed.
