📣 Campaigns
Campaigns let you reach out first: appointment reminders, renewals, satisfaction surveys, payment reminders, announcements and offers, to a whole list of customers at once. You find them under Outbound Channels in the left menu.

Contact only people who agreed to hear from you, and follow the rules for commercial messages in your country (for example opt-in and opt-out requirements). Results and opt-outs are your responsibility as the sender.
Your customer lists live in Data Management → Contacts and Contact Groups. Campaign results are in Reports → Campaign Reports.
