Your account, password and sign-in
Your profile
In Account → Profile you edit your first and last name and your profile picture. Your sign-in e-mail is always shown as verified: you confirmed it at sign-up, or Google, Apple or Facebook did. Add your mobile number and verify it with the code sent to it.
Sign in
- Go to console.tegsofttouch.ai and sign in with your e-mail and password, or with Continue with Google, Apple or Facebook.
- You land in your default Touch Identity.
Set a password (Google, Apple or Facebook accounts)
An account made with Google, Apple or Facebook starts without a password. In Account → Sign-in & Security, choose to set a password, confirm it with the 6-digit code sent to your sign-in e-mail, and from then on sign in either way.
Change your password
In Account → Sign-in & Security, enter your current password and the new one twice, and save. You are signed out afterwards; sign in again with the new password.
Forgot your password?
- On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password.
- Enter your sign-in e-mail. We send you a code.
- Enter the code and choose a new password.
Signed in but forgot the current password? Use the reset with an e-mailed code in Sign-in & Security.
Password rules: at least 8 characters, with an uppercase and a lowercase letter, a number and a special character.
