Emails
Support tickets, one-to-one e-mails and campaigns from one place
Connect the addresses your customers write to, such as support@, sales@ or info@. Verified addresses send in your name and reach the inbox, not spam.
Add an address
- Go to Rules & Definitions → Emails.
- Click Add your first e-mail address or Add an e-mail address.
- Type the address and press Enter or click the tick.
Verify it
- Click Unverified on the address.
- Click Send Code (or I already have a code).
- Enter the 6-digit code from the e-mail and click Verify. The chip turns Verified.
A wrong code shows "Invalid code. Try again."; after a short countdown you can click Resend code. Your own sign-in e-mail is verified straight away, with no code. If a code cannot reach an address (for example a shared mailbox with strict filters), contact Tegsoft support and we can verify it for you.
Each address can be edited (pencil), deleted (bin), reordered (grip) and searched.
What an address will connect
Coming soon. Today the Emails screen manages your addresses and their verification. The features below follow, together with a choice of which AI agent and team answers each address.
Ticketing | Every incoming e-mail opens or updates a ticket, so each request has an owner and a status. |
AI auto-reply | An AI agent answers common questions straight away, in the customer's language. |
Hand over to your team | Anything the AI should not answer goes to the right team with the full thread and a short summary; they reply from the Console in the same thread. |
Outbound e-mail | One-to-one e-mails to customers from your own address: follow-ups, quotes, confirmations. |
E-mail campaigns | Bulk e-mails to your lists. See Email Campaigns. |
Costs
The Estimated cost panel (on the Overview and Documentation tabs) lists e-mails received (tickets), e-mails sent one-to-one, and e-mail campaigns per 1,000 e-mails, in credits. AI agent costs come on top.
