Save, autosave and manage agents
Saving
- A new agent is saved with Save. You return to the list, where you open it to test.
- An existing agent saves itself a moment after you stop typing (Autosave, on by default). Click Autosave to turn it off; your browser remembers the choice.
- Autosave waits while a setting page is open, until you click OK.
The top bar always tells you where you stand:
Saving⦠| Your change is on its way. |
Saved 14:32 | Everything is saved; the time of the last save. |
Unsaved changes | You have changes that are not saved yet. |
Not saved | The save failed. Click Save now. |
Name required to save | Give the agent a Name first. |
Save now appears when Autosave is off and you have changes, or when an autosave failed. The refresh button (circular arrows) reloads the agent as it is saved.
Agent id
The chip with an info icon and a shortened id copies the agent's full id. Tegsoft support may ask for it when you report a problem.
Estimated cost
The Estimated cost pill shows the agent's cost in credits per minute. Click it for the breakdown (Language Model, Speech to Text, Voice, Tools and Integrations) and enter Calls a month and Average minutes a call for a Monthly estimate. It changes with the answer quality, the voice, speech recognition, tools, integrations and the length of the instructions. Phone and channel costs are on the Phone Numbers screen. See Credits and cost estimates.
Delete an agent
- From My agents: click the bin on a card, or Delete in List view, and confirm.
- From the editor: Danger Zone β Delete AI Agent β Delete, tick both boxes and click Delete again.
Deleting cannot be undone. Before you delete an agent that answers a number, route that number to another agent, or your callers will not be answered.
