Plans, licences, payments and invoices
Preview. The four Plans & Billing screens show how billing will work. The billing behind them is not live yet, and the plans, prices and figures shown are examples.
Open Plans & Billing in the left menu, or the Billing tile on the Dashboard.
Subscription Add-ons (Plans & Add-ons)
Choose your Main Subscriptions and Add-ons, a Billing Cycle of Monthly or Annual, review the Order Summary and click Apply Changes. Changes are prorated to the current billing cycle.
License Assignments
Assign your subscription seats to Touch Identities. Unassigned seats stay idle and can be allocated at any time; a warning appears if you assign more seats than you have.
Payment Options
Saved cards (Add New Card, Set as default, Remove), Billing Preferences and a Next Invoice Estimation.
Invoices
Your invoice history, filtered by Year and status (Paid, Pending, Overdue), with View and Download PDF. Until your first billing period it shows "No invoices yet".
Before billing goes live
- Fill in your tax details in Touch Identity Profile so invoices carry the right information.
- Invite your finance colleague as Billing Administrator.
