Sign-in, verification and access

Click Forgot password on the sign-in screen, enter your e-mail, and use the code we send you to choose a new password.

It needs at least 8 characters, an uppercase and a lowercase letter, a number and a special character. The screen ticks off each rule.

Go to Account → Sign-in & Security and set a password, confirmed with a code sent to your e-mail.

Check spam and promotions, check the address for typos, and use Resend code after the countdown. Company filters sometimes hold automated e-mails; ask your IT team, or sign up with Google, Apple or Facebook.

Try again, and allow pop-ups for the Console. If your Facebook account has no e-mail address, sign up with e-mail instead.

You belong to no Touch Identity yet. Click Get started to create one, or accept an invitation from the bell.

Check the bell, including Snoozed invitations. Make sure you are signed in with the e-mail address the invitation was sent to.

You are its only accepted owner. Make someone else an owner and wait until they accept, or delete the Touch Identity.

You are the only owner of at least one Touch Identity; the screen lists which. Hand each over or delete it first.

The Console could not check whether the action is allowed, usually because of a network problem. Click Try again. Every refusal says why next to the button.

We released an update. Click Reload to use it; your saved work is kept.
