Meet Teggy, your AI guide
Teggy is Tegsoft's AI, built into the Console to help you and your team use Tegsoft Touch. It explains screens, answers how-to questions, shows you the way step by step, and can prepare changes for you to confirm. Click Teggy in the top bar to open it.
Teggy helps your team. Your AI agents are the ones that talk to your customers. Teggy never answers your customers.
Ask anything, typed or spoken
- Type a question, for example "How do I forward my calls?" or "Why does my number say Unverified?".
- Or press the microphone and ask out loud, in your own language.
- Press the speaker under an answer to hear it read aloud.
- Press the headset at the top of Teggy for hands-free voice chat: Teggy reads every answer aloud and, after you asked by voice, listens for your next question by itself. Press it again to stop.
- Teggy sees the screen you are on, so "What does this setting do?" just works. The conversation stays with you as you move between screens; New chat starts over.
Show me: guided steps
When an answer has steps, click Show me. Teggy opens the right screen and highlights the button to press. It does not block anything: press the button yourself and Teggy moves on to the next step.
Let Teggy do it for you
Owners and managers can ask Teggy to:
- Create an AI agent, for example "Create a receptionist for my clinic that speaks Turkish and English".
- Add one of your phone numbers and verify it with the code sent to it.
- Send a number's calls or messages to an AI agent, for example "Route WhatsApp on +90 532 123 45 67 to my Receptionist".
Teggy shows what it prepared on a card. Nothing changes until you press the card's button (Create, Add or Route); press Cancel to drop it. Other members can ask how these work, and doing them is for owners and managers.
Good questions to start with
- "What should I set up first?"
- "How do I make my agent introduce itself as Elif?"
- "What is the difference between Engagement Rules and the Knowledge Base?"
- "How do I invite a colleague as manager?"
- "My test call rang my own phone. What is wrong?"
Teggy answers from the same articles you are reading here. If it is not sure, it says so and points you to Tegsoft support.
