Create an AI agent from a template

Templates give you a working agent in seconds. Each one fills in the Name, Description, instructions and First Message in your Console language, and puts your Touch Identity's name where the company name goes. Everything stays editable.

Create an agent

1. Go to Rules & Definitions → AI Agents.
2. Click Create your first AI agent (while you have none) or Add New AI Agent at the top right.
3. On the Templates tab, pick a template and click Use this template, or choose Start from scratch.
4. Check the Name and Description, adapt the instructions, and click Save.

You can also ask Teggy: "Create an appointment agent for my salon that speaks Turkish and English". Teggy prepares it on a card, and you click Create.

Suggested channels show where a template fits best. They do not limit where you use it.

Name and Description

• Name (required): the agent's name in the Console. Only your team sees it; callers never hear it. To give callers a name, see Write great instructions.
• Description: one line to tell your agents apart, shown on the card.
