Unclaimed Touch Identities

When the owners delete a Touch Identity, it becomes Unclaimed. Its public profile and the reviews customers wrote stay; everything else is gone.

What you can and cannot do

• An unclaimed Touch Identity cannot be deleted again by a customer.
• Customers cannot reclaim it themselves.

Claim it back

Contact Tegsoft support. We assign a new owner, by invitation or by creating a new account as owner. Once that owner accepts, the Touch Identity is active again, starting from an empty setup: the earlier numbers, agents and rules do not come back.

Remove it completely

You can ask Tegsoft support to delete it permanently. That also removes the public profile, the customer reviews, favourites and profile visits. Permanent deletion is possible once no platforms, licences or open sales records refer to it.
