Lead qualification for sales teams
The first company to answer a new lead usually wins it. A lead-qualifier AI agent talks to every prospect within seconds, on your website chat, WhatsApp or the phone, asks the questions your sales team would ask, and passes the interested ones on, so your salespeople only spend time on real opportunities.
What the agent does
- Welcomes the prospect and finds out what they are looking for.
- Asks your qualifying questions: budget, timing, company size, location, whatever matters to you.
- Answers product questions from your information.
- Collects the contact details and the best time to call, and tells the prospect when sales will be in touch.
- Politely closes conversations that are not a fit.
Set it up
- Create an agent from the Lead qualifier template.
- Write your qualifying questions in the instructions, in the order you want them asked.
- Describe your ideal customer in Touch Identity Profile → Target Customers.
- Route the number you advertise, and your WhatsApp, to the agent.
Example instructions
You talk to people interested in Atlas Solar's rooftop solar panels for homes.
Find out, one question at a time: the city, whether they own the house, the roof type, the average monthly electricity bill, and when they want the installation.
A good lead owns the house and pays more than 1,500 TL a month for electricity.
For a good lead, ask for their name and the best time to call, and say an advisor will call within one working day.
For tenants, explain that we install only for owners and thank them warmly.
Never quote a price; prices depend on the site survey.
